Very happy with the comfort of
this shoe. I have fallen arch's and this is the most comfort I
have felt in some time. They are lite, comfortable, breath
well and provide ample support. The only negative is the laces
are a bit to long. Have to double tie them to keep from
stepping on them. Once again Rockport demonstrates its
consistent quality in a walking shoe. Light yet supportive.
Functional yet good looking. If my feet hurt, I hurt. And
Rockport has never let me down. An excellent value in a
walking shoe. Other Rockport shoes I have had felt right from
day one. Wooly Slippers one seems to be taking longer to
break-in. The previous style of Rockport sneaker I wore has
been discontinued and this appears be the one to take its
place. I would have put a 4 1/2 star but it was not available.
These are VERY comfortable. the air cushion messages your feet
as you walk. My only minor complaint is the air cushions
recover a little slowly. I was looking for a shoe that was
user friendly and that I could tolerate having on for 60 plus
hours a week and the Astride turned out to be that shoe. I
would recommend this shoe to anyone who demands comfort from

I was extremely pleased with your sight and the fact that you
had the correct width for my Dad. Also, Rockports are always a
great shoe. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I
know I will return someday. I purchased this shoe because it
has the best of Rockport in quality and style, the newer
engineering of Reebok for balance, and it is comfortable. I
like the lightness of this shoe and it seems to be very
durable. The bonus is that they made it waterproof as well.
The Astride line is good looking and practical. I ordered
another pair the following week! |
