I bought these shoes again for
my dad because he loves the style. He has problems finding
comfortable shoes and has tried many brands and other Rockport
styles. These seem to be his favorite. He says the heel part
of the shoe holds the back of his foot well and gives him a
bouncy step so he enjoys going for long walks. I ordered him 2
pairs in the color white. He used to have the light beige
color but they no longer have his size (possible it was an
older shoe model.) At first I was a bit hesitant about
ordering the color white thinking they would be too bright
like on a leather sneaker but in this shoe its a nice almost
icey- light grey shade. Its a very complementing color with
chino or dress slacks. I am very pleased with the color.
I bought these shoes for work because of previous positive
experiences with the Rockport brand. Also, these are made with
the diabetic foot in mind. They are very comfortable, which is
important because I do a lot of walking at my job. Pros: They
arrived fairly quickly, they fit good after breaking in, they
are extremely beneficial if you are standing all day - your
feet will thank you. Cons: They do need to break-in a little,
but it only takes two days, but that might very from user to
user. I'm not too crazy about the DMX - it feels like stepping
on small hard balloons sometimes. Overall: I would definitely
support the purchase of shoes from Winter Rico Slippers - I'm
sure to buy more shoes from here in the future. |
