I bought a second pair of these
after trying the first, which was comfortable for walking and
travel. I wanted a black version which could be alright for
informal to semi-dress occasions, which is my lifestyle as a
retiree. The shoes go with all but the dressiest slacks and
suits, where a more formal shoe would be needed. Certainly
they are more comfortable than any more formal shoe.

We purchased the shoes because my husband is diabetic and has
much trouble with his feet and comfort of shoes. He is very
satisfied with the Astrides that he purchased. Winter Caftan
slippers are soft, supportive, very comfortable. He walks on
the treadmill and these are even good for this. We will be
ordering more in the future as the need arised. Thank you so
much. I have had a problem with my feet and one day my wife
took me to get some good shoes. We walked into a Rockport
store and I have been buying them for the last 5 years. They
fit good, wear well and feel great. Just a very good shoe.
A quality constructed white leather shoe to wear for work or
play. Offers great support. Appearance of a very tailored
uniform shoe that never leaves my feet/legs tired, even after
doing a 12 hour shift. I love Rockport shoes, particularly
their models with the air cushioning. I am a teacher, so I am
on my feet all day long and these shoe save me from having
achy feet. In fact, I had to buy a second pair because my wife
