The Acorn soft soled slippers
are very comfortable, non-slip, and my feet are NEVER cold.
Although my toe nails are well kept they seem to wear through
the front of the slipper after 6-7 months. I've had the same
challenge with the Haflinger hard soled, cork footbed models.
I wish the wool fabric were reinforced at the toe.
Wears this shoe: Every day at home before/after work and on
weekends while indoors.
I bought these to replace my last pair of Nex Tex Clog
Slippers which have worn out. I think I got two yrs. of use
out of them, but had to repair them a few times to make them
last. The sole is different on this new pair--rubber instead
of just fabric like my last pair, so a little stiffer feeling
but probably more substanstial. I wear these with warm socks,
indoors only to keep them clean, I'm very happy to have this
new pair. I was told that I had to start wearing something on
my bare feet. Very hard for me to do. This slipper has made it
a lot easier than I thought. |
